Simple & so good you won't want to tell anyone how easy this is...
1/2 cup cacao butter, melted (find it on Amazon or speciality stores)
1/2 cup cacao powder (the raw form of cocoa)
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Melt the cacao butter VERY gently over a double boiler. While it's melting, place the remaining ingredients in a small food processor. Working quickly, add the melted cacao butter and process for 2-3 seconds, just to combine.
2. Pour into chocolate moulds, or mix with almonds/fruit and pour into a parchment lined baking dish for a "bark"
3. Freeze to set, about 10 minutes. Remove from moulds or break bark into pieces and enjoy!
